About me
Hi and thanks for taking the time to read my little blog and about me. My name’s Anthony, I’m 27 and live in England with my girlfriend and two nightmare pets. I work for one of the UK’s major banks and biggest companies (albeit somewhat smaller than this time last year) as a senior infrastructure developer specialising in Sharepoint. Day to day I perform third line support, technical consultant to the business and technical community and help to develop the governance model.
With this blog I intend to talk about what it means to be a Sharepoint administrator in a large multinational company. I hope to paint a picture of an incredibly powerful tool that is often handicapped by poor implimentation and integration with existing systems and processes. I’ll talk about what I’ve learnt over the last few years and what I come across for the first time. I might even throw in some home life if work has been particularly boring.
